**Return Policy: Made-to-Order Excellence**

At The Bedell Standard, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products tailored to your unique style. As each item is crafted with precision and care, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

**Quality Assurance Guarantee:**
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we're committed to making it right. 

Please contact Printify Merchant Support and attach photos of the error.

Contact information will be indicated in your order confirmation email.

To Report an Issue with Your Order:

• Log in to your Printify account and navigate to the Orders tab.
• In the Printify orders tab, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details.
• Then click on the Submit issue below the affected product.
• Next, select the type of issue (tracking status, request reprint), and proceed to upload a photo of the product if required.

• The team will respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive a reply via email and can also check for updates in My Requests.

  To speed up the resolution of the issue, please ensure that you provide the necessary photo or video evidence when contacting us.

**Note:**
- Replacement items will be produced and shipped with the same care and attention as your original order.
- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or changes of heart due to the custom nature of our products.

If your request is accepted, you'll be provided with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to the print provider without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Printify offers a free replacement if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery.
